The faculty development programme is designed to empower faculties, researchers, and criminal
justice professionals (law enforcement agency, prosecution, judicial officers, correctional
administration) and all the related (GOs/NGOs/Startups/Private Security etc.) by delving into the
intricacies of the contemporary developments and challenges in the criminal justice system across
the globe. by delving into the intricacies of the recently enacted legislations: Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita
2023, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, and Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023, which
replace the Indian Penal Code 1860, Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, and Indian Evidence Act 1872,
respectively. With a focus on comprehensive understanding, procedural dynamics, and evidentiary
shifts, the programme aims to provide participants with a holistic view of the legal landscape.
Through expert-led sessions, panel discussions, and interactive workshops spanning one-week,
