The rapid evolution of technology and its pervasive impact on daily life have created new opportunities and challenges in various sectors, including law and criminal justice.
As cybercrimes continue to increase in complexity and frequency, India faces the urgent need to update its criminal laws and policies. This Faculty Development Program (FDP) aims to address the intersection of technology, crime, and law by providing an in-depth understanding of how various stakeholders can adapt and respond to the dynamic nature of cybercrimes in India.
