The Rashtriya Raksha University, Jammu and Kashmir, is organising this one-week faculty development programme
to acheive the mission, vision and mandate of the university. At the same time, this programe
will upgrade and upskill the research and domain knowledge of the faculty members and
research scholars from different recognised institutions for their career growth and over all
academic and research excellence. The programme shall also focus on the inter-disciplinary
reasearch, leadership traits in academics for the individual, institutional and national
development.
