Gauri Row Kavi is the founder of Self Align, which offers therapy for mental health. Self Align has also been an Affiliated Training Center (ATC), of the prestigious Albert Ellis Institute (AEI), U.S.A. for several years. AEI has hereon globally discontinued its ATCs (from 2022). Self Align, is now an Accredited Training Center by the U.S. headquartered, International Association of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (IAREBT). Gauri’s career spans over four decades, across a wide canvas of verticals, and wearing varied hats. Having earlier worked as a Learning & Organisation Development (L&OD) specialist with the Tata group, she now offers her assistance, in the field of mental health, as a Behavioural Health Sciences Professional (Psychologist & Psychotherapist), with a double major in Psychology and a PGDM in Counselling Psychology.
