Ms. Bhawna Bhansali
Description
Ms. Bhawna Bhansali is working as an Academic Developer Officer (ADO) at the School of International Cooperation, Security, and Strategic Languages (SICSSL) since October 2025. Ms. Bhawna has completed her Master of Arts from Rashtriya Raksha University in the field of International Relations and Security Studies with a specialization in Arabic language. She has qualified for the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in the year 2025 in the field of International and Area Studies. Ms. Bhawna holds a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Economics from Cotton University, Guwahati. Her area of research focuses on India’s Immediate Neighbourhood, West Asia, and Maritime Security. Her Master’s dissertation, “Navigating Security and Economics: India’s Strategy in the Gulf of Aden (2008–2023),” focused on Indian Naval presence in the Gulf of Aden and its implication on India’s foreign and trade policy with the West Asian countries.
