In addition, the program is designed to cultivate productive skills such as speaking, critical thinking, and writing, enabling learners to articulate ideas confidently, participate meaningfully in interpersonal and professional interactions, and produce well‑structured academic and professional writing. Dr. Arghya Chakraborty is Assistant Professor, English Language at the School of International Cooperation, Security and Strategic Languages (SICSSL) since January 2023. Previously, he has worked as an Assistant Professor at Parul University (2018-19), ITM SLS Baroda University (2019-22) and Marwadi University (2022-23). Dr. Chakraborty has completed his Ph.D. from the Department of English, Faculty of Arts, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. His research area is 'English Fiction' under which he has explored different Temporal and Spatial constructs of Narrative in the selected Nigerian and German Novels. He has qualified the National Eligibility Test conducted by the University Grants Commission in 2019. Dr. Chakraborty has publications in different Peer Reviewed and UGC Care Listed Journals of National and International repute and has made multiple presentations in National and International conferences.

Dr. Rohini Sharma has been serving as Assistant Professor of English Language at the School of International Cooperation, Security and Strategic Languages (SICSSL) since September 2025. Dr. Sharma earned her Ph.D. in English (2025) from the Faculty of Arts, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Her doctoral thesis, Mapping Emotions through Food and Gender in Contemporary Indian Women’s Fiction, engages with the intersections of food and gender studies in contemporary literary discourse. She holds a Master’s degree in English from the University of Jammu and has successfully qualified the National Eligibility Test (2019) and the Gujarat State Eligibility Test (2022). Dr. Sharma has contributed various research articles to UGC-CARE listed and peer-reviewed journals and has presented her work at several national and international conferences.
