Rashmi Cherian is a recognized leader in the field of High-Performance Nutrition, with over 16 years of experience. She is the Co-Founder & Director of Wellness Vows Sports Nutrition Clinic, and Co-author of the book "The Fitness Currency". As a Fit India Ambassador for the Fit India Movement launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rashmi champions healthy living initiatives across India. She is also an Advisory Member to the Indian Academy for Sports Dentistry (IASD), an initiative by the Indian Dental Association (IDA).
